Join the President’s Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS (PACHA) on September 28 at 9am ET at the University of Charleston as we bring PACHA to the people. Together we'll shape programs, policies, prevention and treatment of HIV. We’ll also be addressing the needs of the community and how we can end HIV in Appalachia. We want to hear from you!
