“This legislation targets some of the most vulnerable people in Alabama and offers a ‘solution’ in search of a problem,” said Carmarion D. This legislation takes that decision away from Alabamians solely so lawmakers can discriminate against transgender people. It is wrong, and the House must reject this.”
