HRC ANNOUNCES “UNITE FOR EQUALITY LIVE” NATIONAL EVENT, FEATURING REMARKS FROM VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN:
The online event will take place this Thursday at 8 pm ET. YOUTH MOST VULNERABLE AMONG LGBTQ COMMUNITY IN TERMS OF MENTAL HEALTH: “Given the disproportionately higher rates of mental health challenges and suicide attempts reported by LGBTQ youth, any barriers to mental health care can have enormous consequences.
