WASHINGTON – The Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the nation's largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization, today congratulated Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper on his re-election. Marty Rouse, HRC’s National Field Director, issued the following statement:
