New website from HRC’s Equality Votes PAC highlights the resumes that anti-equality politicians don’t want you to see - with more to come
Equality Votes PAC will ensure the 75 million Equality Voters understand what’s at stake at the ballot box in November
WASHINGTON — This November, anti-equality candidates from coast to coast, up and down the ballot, will ask voters to elect them to jobs where they will have immense control over the rights and freedoms of everyday Americans. Many of these MAGA politicians have already tried to hide or distort their true records and qualifications. That's why, ahead of next week’s Republican National Convention, HRC’s Equality Votes PAC today is launching a new website, sharing what these candidates’ actual resumes look like—because voters deserve to understand what’s at stake for their lives and their communities when they go to the polls.
To start off, Equality Votes PAC is highlighting anti-equality candidates Donald Trump, Kari Lake, Mark Robinson, Bernie Moreno, David McCormick, Eric Hovde, Sam Brown, Tim Sheehy, Mike Lawler, and Tim Calvert, showing the broad reach of these radical candidates across the country. The website is just the latest way HRC Equality Votes PAC is lifting up the radical records of anti-equality politicians. Last month, it released its first digital ad of the 2024 cycle, “At His Word,” which uses Trump’s own statements to demonstrate how a second Trump term threatens all of our rights and would target the LGBTQ+ community’s ability to live as our authentic selves.
From now until November, the HRC Equality Votes PAC will work to mobilize 75 million Equality Voters by communicating what’s at stake for the LGBTQ+ community and the threats posed to our rights and freedoms by MAGA politicians. Equality Voters are younger, more racially diverse, and more female than the general electorate. Read more about the 75 million Equality Voters here.
