Overview:
Our Trans Justice Initiative’s MOTIVATE Program advances the leadership of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) transmen and transmasculine nonbinary folks by connecting them with other community members and investing in their professional development and leadership skills.
MOTIVATE consists of a full day of in-person training in Atlanta and one TransTalks webinar.
The previous cohort consisted of 8 fellows from the Atlanta region, meeting for dinner on May 12 and a full-day convening on May 13. Beyond the cohort-based curriculum, fellows received a $500 stipend, travel, lodging, as well as dinner on Friday and all meals on Saturday.
The application deadline for the 2023 MOTIVATE cohort has passed, check back next year!
