The fellowship program is open to persons of all sexual orientations in recognition of the diversity of individuals who may ally themselves with sexual equality and to underscore the importance of alliances between the LGBT community and the community at large. Kennesaw State University (KSU) - The Safe Space Endowed Scholarship has been established to provide financial assistance to a full or part-time student, undergraduate or graduate, who has worked to enhance the lives of lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender individuals through active involvement in on- or off-campus LGBT organizations. *Application opens November 1, 2023, deadline TBD

A need-based grant available to graduating transgender and/or nonbinary law graduates of color. The 2022 Trans/Nonbinary Law Graduates of Color Grant Fund will award three unrestricted $1,000 grants, to help offset the costs associated with the period of time between graduation and taking the Bar Exam/employment. Accepted grantees will also receive a 1-year free membership with the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association. **Trans/Nonbinary Law Graduates **Application opens in January 2024

This scholarship is for students at MiraCosta College with a 2.0 GPA or higher, who demonstrate financial need. Qualified candidates must identify as transgender and/or gender nonconforming or as a friend/ally to the transgender and/or gender nonconforming communities, planning to continue at MiraCosta College in six or more units or transfer to a 4-year institution in the fall. **Next cycle opens August 1
